It’s been a busy week folks, so here’s a quick round up of BTG’s recent Carnival participation:

BTG’s inadvertantly controversial article The Cost Of Birth Control vs. The Cost Of Raising A Child was included in the Carnival of Personal Finance #172, hosted by none other than DebtKid, one of my favourite bloggers!

BTG’s Financial Lessons From Maya Angelou was included in the Money Hacks Carnival #32 hosted by The Financial Blogger.

Es Carnival! BTG Submissions Sept 8th - 14th!

This week BTG has really branched out!

3 Lessons World of Warcraft Taugh Me About Money Management made the Editor’s Pick over at the Money Hacks Carnival #29, hosted by Living Almost Large. I’m pretty happy about this, this article is one of my favorites.

BTG Explains: What Is An Emergency Fund was also inadvertently accepted into the Money Hacks Carnival #29.

Inflation: Silent But Deadly was featured at the Sept 9th edition of The Carnival of Economics, hosted by Worldly Economic Thoughts.

There are a few more to come during the week, so this post will be updated as necessary.

Es Carnival #168! BTG Submits Cashback Credit Card Article

September 1st, 2008 BTG Posted in Carnival submissions No Comments »

BTG has submitted the Analysis of 7 Canadian Cashback Credit Cards article to the 168th edition of The Carnival of Personal Finance.

Hosted by One Caveman’s Financial Journey, I think he nailed the themse this time around: what better way to start September than with a barbeque themed carnival? You can find BTG’s submission under The Plastic Utensils (Credit).

So Thanks One Caveman, and expect to see BTG in the next edition of The Carnival of Personal Finance!

Es Carnival! The Carnival Of Personal Finance #165: BTG Submits Compound Interest Article

August 11th, 2008 BTG Posted in Carnival submissions No Comments »

Yesterday I mentioned that BTG had submitted Part 3 of the Compound Interest Is Free Money article to the 165th incarnation to the Carnival of Personal Finance.

This week’s Carnival is hosted by No Debt Plan (follow the link to see all the submissions), and my goodness did he have his work cut out for him! You can find BTG’s article, Compound Interest is Free Money, under the subheading of INVESTING.

On a side note, this is BTG’s FIRST Carnival of Personal Finance EVER. I think it’s a wonderful idea, and BTG plans to have high quality submissions in all future incarnations of the Carnival. So stay tuned!
